Comfortable and Affordable
"Walking distance to the downtown area, but far enough away to be quiet. Close to hiking trails, too! The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. It's a tad dark at night (which make for good sleeping!), and it's set back from the road. Be sure to look carefully so you don't miss your turn! Lovely spot."

Room Tip: We stayed near the front door, and it was surprisingly quiet. I doubt you'll go wrong in any room.

Like bringing your home with you on vacation.
"My wife and I are leaving today with much regret as our visit to the Inn has been wonderful. No complaints just praise for being on vacation and yet being comfortable like being at home. We have traveled many places and the Apple Orchard is on the top of the list for our next vacation to Sedona. Oh, did I mention the grounds and views are just awesome. A little oasis within walking distance of downtown. Thank you Jean and see you again."

Best deal in Sedona!
"The view when we drove up was Fabulous! We stayed three nights in the Sedona Room and it was perfect! We also had a private patio where we sat in the cool mornings and evenings . We ate breakfast on the patio which also had a great view of the red rocks and we had a change to talk to the other guests. Every thing is super clean and we loved the hot tub area. It is a beautiful area made of stone complete with a waterfall! Jean is the perfect innkeeper and very helpful and patient with directions! Can't wait to return!!!!!!"

Excellent experience
"The Sedona Room was perfect for our three night stay. We appreciated the gorgeous views out each window, the private patio and the cleaniness of everything. Our gluten free dietary needs were met with delicious breakfasts on the patio each morning. The hot tub was a treat as well as the very comfortable bed at night. The other quests were polite and friendly. Our host, Jean went out of her way to be helpful with information about local hikes, points of interests and gluten free restaurants. Definitely recommend Picazzo's to eat and Apple Orchard Inn for lodgings in a peaceful setting, convenient to uptown shops."
